ETOWAH COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – An Elkmont woman was killed, and two others were injured in a crash on Sunday morning.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency officials said the single-vehicle crash happened at approximately 5:53 a.m. on Sunday.
The woman killed in the crash was identified as 65-year-old Kathy N. Hamilton. Officials said she was fatally injured when the pickup truck she was driving left the road, striking a fence before traveling into a pond. Hamilton was pronounced dead at the scene…
