Upgrades to historic cabins unveiled at Huntsville’s Monte Sano State Park

State Parks and local officials cut the ribbon on 14 upgraded cabins Friday at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville.

Originally built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), the historic bluff-side cabins now blend timeless craftsmanship with modern comfort, offering visitors the perfect mix of heritage and hospitality, Alabama State Parks said in a news release.
