The first tenants could start moving into apartments in the $375 million Front Row development across from the Von Braun Center in June.
That is when the first of the buildings currently under construction along Clinton Avenue is expected to be complete, the developers told AL.com.
“The units will be delivered in in what is a fully amenitized finished building,” Essex Capital Partners CEO Mitchell Rutter said. “The lobby is going to be fully done. The art will be up. The gym will be operable. Everything will be ready for new occupants to call home.”…
