Cheyenne Flowers finally has water after going 10 days without it. She shared her story to help others who might be facing similar issues find justice.
Flowers’ water has been shut off two times since Jan. 7. It all started with a bill she received on Jan. 12, showing she used more than 116,000 gallons of water in December. Documentation obtained from Flowers showed her using 1,200-3,600 gallons of water monthly from April to November.
