MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals has denied an application for a rehearing from a Madison County man convicted of killing his wife in 2022.
The court overruled David Tolbert’s application for a rehearing on Thursday, a month after the court upheld his conviction on Jan. 30.
