HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Three billboards have been installed as part of a cold case awareness campaign, keeping the name of missing person Brenda Sue Sica, of Huntsville, in front of the public in hopes of generating new leads.
Sica was last known to be near Sparkman Drive on July 3, 2017.
The billboards were placed this week in collaboration with the Huntsville Police Department by Alabama Cold Case Advocacy through its Operation Safe Return initiative.
