Limestone County residents enter fifth day of dirty tap water

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Limestone County residents are on their fifth day of turning on the tap and seeing dirty, discolored water and many don’t think the response from the Limestone County Water and Sewer Authority has been transparent.

The authority says conditions are improving, but thousands of customers have been dealing with muddy water since Monday. For some, the issue cleared up earlier in the week. For others, dirt and visible sediment are still coming out of their faucets.
