GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Marshall County man charged with attempted murder for allegedly shooting at Albertville police officers waived his preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
Nicolas Pascual-Gaspar made a brief appearance in court before waiving his case to a grand jury.
