The National Weather Service in Huntsville (HUN) has upgraded the previous Freeze Watch to a Freeze Warning for several North Alabama counties, including Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, and Morgan. The warning is in effect from 8:00 PM CDT on March 16 until 9:00 AM CDT on March 17.
