HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Local business owners say their property manager’s failure to pay utility bills on time forced them to briefly close their doors.
Business owners at Main Street South shopping center in Huntsville say water was shut off at the complex last Monday, followed by the power two days later.
