HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Barracuda Taco Stand opened its first Alabama location in Huntsville with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday at 535 Meridian St. N. The eatery is known for scratch-made, made-to-order tacos and a focus on serving local neighborhoods.
Huntsville officials including Shane Davis, director of urban and economic development, Richard Bigoney of the Huntsville/Madison Chamber of Commerce, and Fran Fluhler of Manna House attended the event.
Founder Brett Jones said, “We’re excited to bring Barracuda Taco Stand to Alabama with this first location in Huntsville. The enthusiasm and support we’ve received from the community have been incredible, and every visit makes us prouder to call Huntsville home. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and honored to give back through our donation to Manna House.”…
