The Huntsville Salutes America’s 250th Committee has launched the official website for Huntsville’s yearlong celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States.
The new website, america250huntsville.org serves as the central hub for all things related to Huntsville’s America 250 efforts. Residents, businesses, nonprofits and community organizations can explore upcoming initiatives, learn how to get involved and help shape a historic milestone for the Rocket City.
“We want this to be a community-driven celebration,” said Sally Warden, chair of the Huntsville Salutes America’s 250th Committee. “By inviting organizations and individuals to submit events and express interest now, we’re building a collaborative effort that reflects the spirit and diversity of Huntsville.”…
