HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A man was arrested on an aggravated assault charge after a person was injured in a shooting on Barrell Avenue on Friday night.
According to Huntsville Police, officers responded to an area hospital around 8:40 p.m. Friday after a person showed up with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
Police said an investigation found that the victim and the suspect, Thomas Joiner, 44, had been involved in an altercation outside a home on Barrell Avenue.
Joiner was booked in the Madison County Jail for aggravated assault. His bond was set at $30,000…
