FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (WAFF) – A former Lincoln County, Tennessee commissioner has been indicted by a grand jury on multiple felony charges for theft and financial exploitation of an elderly person.
The grand jury indicted Ben Brown in one case investigated by Fayetteville police and three additional cases that were investigated by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
