Huntsville apartment tenants without power for more than three weeks

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Tenants at the Aurora Luxury Apartments said their units have been without power for more than three weeks, saying power first went out on February 28.

The City of Huntsville deemed the units affected unsafe on Tuesday, meaning apartment tenants must move out and find alternate housing until the problem is resolved.

Huntsville Utilities said the problem started with a breaker box issue at building three on the Aurora Luxury Apartment property, and that it had to turn power off to that building for safety reasons. The company said that the breaker issue is still not resolved.
