HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Marshall County judge denied a convicted killer’s claim he received ineffective counsel at his trial 26 years earlier.
Douglas Teague is currently serving a life prison sentence after he pleaded guilty to a 1999 murder in Marshall County.
