DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — A Morgan County man has filed a lawsuit following a deadly crash that killed a 17‑year‑old last year.
Travis Hazelwood filed the lawsuit in February against Kevin Penich, the man accused in the crash, and three restaurants.
