All the counties in the Huntsville area saw a surge in home sales in March, according to statistics released by the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors.
All but one of the counties saw sales beat last year’s sales numbers. But all counties saw a bump in sales from February.
“We’re seeing encouraging momentum in the market right now, with sales up 5% and pendings up 10%, which tells us buyers are still active and demand is holding up well,” realtor Matt Curtis told AL.com…
