HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A man accused of killing a 4-month-old will go before a Madison County judge on Tuesday for an Aniah’s Law hearing.
Mickele Kaipolai Ah-Nee is charged with murder in the death of Lotus McKelvey in Huntsville last week. Police said the child had serious traumatic injuries.
