HARVEST, Ala. (WAFF) – Today marks 15 years since the April 27, 2011 tornado outbreak, one of the largest and deadliest tornado days in U.S. history.
In Alabama alone, 62 tornadoes touched down. More than 250 people were killed, and entire neighborhoods were wiped out.
