MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – The southbound lanes of Highway 31 are completely blocked after an 18-wheeler got stuck in the road, the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office said.
According to the department, an 18-wheeler jackknifed while trying to make a U-turn onto Hwy 31 at Higdon Road, just south of Falkville.
