3rd suspect wanted in Decatur armed robbery turns himself in

A suspect wanted in a Decatur armed robbery turned himself in to police on Saturday.

According to Decatur Police, officers responded around 11:30 a.m. on April 29 to a call about a shooting on the 2200 block of Harrison Street SE. Officers say they arrived at the scene and found that no one was hurt.

During the investigation, police say they determined Terard Barnes, Timmie Anthony, and a juvenile used physical force against a victim in an attempt to take a firearm and money. Officers say one of the individuals was armed with a firearm during the robbery…
