MOULTON, Ala. — A Morgan County father has filed a wrongful death and injury lawsuit following a crash in Lawrence County that killed two children and injured another.
According to a complaint filed Wednesday in Lawrence County Circuit Court, Shawn Tyler Pledger filed the lawsuit on behalf of his surviving child, identified in court records as B.P. — a reference to Bentley Pledger — and the estates of two deceased children, identified as B.G.P. and B.N.P., against Garrett Cole Nix, the driver accused of causing the April 11 crash in Moulton.
