Huntsville Police and Huntsville Fire & Rescue are teaming up to hold a free community block party.
The second annual Heroes on the Block community celebration will be Saturday, May 16, at the Dr. Robert Shurney Legacy Center.
The party includes:
- Free food
- Inflatables
- Games
- Local Vendors
- Giveaways
- Live Music
- Up-close looks at police and fire vehicles
“We often see people during their worst days as we do our jobs,” Huntsville Fire & Rescue Captain Cory Green said. “So we are always eager for the chance to spend time with the friends and neighbors we serve in a more enjoyable setting. We had a great time last year and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone on May 16.”…
