Hartselle resident Col. Brian Williams recently completed his service as commander of the Alabama Wing of the Civil Air Patrol after serving in the role from 2023-2026.
During his tenure, Williams oversaw statewide operations and led initiatives focused on improving readiness, leadership development, and training for both senior members and cadets.
