HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Customers left holding unused gift cards from Tom Brown’s Restaurant now have a path to recoup some of their value, thanks to a community offer from Amerigo Italian Restaurant. The Huntsville-area eatery announced it will exchange any unused Tom Brown’s gift card for a $25 Amerigo gift card — no questions asked — through May 31.
“We were saddened to hear of a neighboring restaurant’s recent closure, which affected many guests and employees alike,” Amerigo wrote in a public announcement. “As a small gesture of hospitality, we’d like to offer a $25 Amerigo gift card for any unused Tom Brown’s gift card.”
