HARTSELLE, Ala. — Four people were arrested Thursday for stealing a rifle.
According to the Hartselle Police Department, it was reported on May 2 that the victim had arranged to sell an AR-style rifle to an individual later identified as Jaylan Orr. During the meeting, Orr took the gun, saying he needed to get cash from a nearby ATM. Orr then fled the area without paying for the weapon.
