The city of Huntsville is honoring Dave Gallaher, the legendary north Alabama musician who died earlier this year.
Huntsville’s City Council approved a resolution Thursday honoring the life and legacy of Gallaher, who passed away Feb. 6 at age 79. District 2 City Councilman David Little and District 4 City Councilman Bill Kling will present the resolution during an event honoring Gallaher’s life at the Von Braun Center on Sunday.
