Highs in the 90s for the start of the week, storms to follow midweek

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Happy Sunday! After a hot and sunny day, we’ll see lows drop to the upper 60s late in the night. Monday will be similar, a bit stuffy in the morning hours but highs around the low 90s.

Monday will be mostly sunny with a few intermittent clouds through the morning. Overnight, cloud cover will increase with temperatures in the upper 60s for lows. 90s will stick around the forecast for Tuesday as well but rain chances move in late in the day. Very low chance of showers, most of them stray and light.

Wednesday and beyond bring their own set of rain chances. Each day marked between 60%-80% chance of showers and storms. So far, we are on the fringe of severe weather outlooks which means quite a few days of just heavy rainfall and occasional storms. Temperature highs will return to the average low to mid 80s across the Valley…
