ARAB, Ala. (WAFF) – The City of Arab is moving forward with plans for a new animal shelter after city leaders approved the project during Monday night’s council meeting.
The new shelter will cost around $340,000 and replace the current facility, which has been struggling for years after storm and tornado damage left the building in rough shape.
