Huntsville Utilities subject of anti-trust lawsuit filed by building inspectors

Huntsville Utilities faces a lawsuit over home inspection services.

Southern Valley, a locally owned energy-efficiency consulting and home diagnostic company, filed suit alleging that Huntsville Utilities hired three employees to provide free inspections and then reimbursed itself with rebate dollars from a Tennessee Valley Authority program. That hurt small and private companies, the suit claimed.
