Former Indiana DCS case manager facing criminal charges

CLARK COUNTY, Ind. (WAVE) – Former Indiana Department of Child Services family case manager Jade Wilson is facing criminal charges following an investigation by the Indiana Office of Inspector General, according to state officials.

The Clark County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Wilson with two felony counts and multiple misdemeanors related to allegations of official misconduct, obstruction of justice, and five counts of falsifying child abuse or neglect information or records.

Officials allege Wilson documented assessment activities that did not occur. Each felony charge carries a possible penalty of up to 2½ years in prison under Indiana law…
