Prevail, a Noblesville-based nonprofit, hosted its Spring Fashion Show fundraiser May 8 at Ritz Charles in Carmel, raising more than $80,000 to support survivors of crime and abuse through the organization’s services and programs.
“(This year) marks a historic milestone for Prevail as we celebrate our 40th anniversary,” Prevail Executive Director Tami Wanninger stated. “For four decades, Prevail has been a place of hope, healing and empowerment for survivors in our community. The progress we celebrate has only been possible because of our supporters, people who continue to stand alongside survivors and ensure help is always there when it’s needed most.”
At the event, attendees shopped from ten local vendors, which each donated a portion of their proceeds back to Prevail, and heard from survivor Brooklyn Johnson and her mother, Sabrina Simmons…
