INDIANAPOLIS — A custodian in Indianapolis is filing a lawsuit claiming that she was raped by a coworker while working at Ben Davis High School.
According to official court documents, the former custodian was employed by the Metropolitan School District of Wayne Township and worked at the high school. She filed the lawsuit against both parties.
