Elevated E. coli found in three Fishers open-water sites

The Fishers Health Department announced July 6 that recent E. coli testing in three locations showed elevated bacteria levels.

The locations are:

  • White River at the 116th Street Bridge
  • Fall Creek at Geist Park off Florida Road
  • Fall Creek at Canal Place close to Harbor Bay Drive

According to the FHD, these results often are seen following periods of heavy rainfall.
