INDIANAPOLIS – The cost of repairing a flat tire led to a deadly shooting on Indy’s east side, according to newly unsealed court records.
That murder charge is one of two murder arrests IMPD announced over the weekend. According to court records, both homicides were unrelated, but had one thing in common: they both stemmed from small disputes that didn’t need to escalate to violence.
