INDIANAPOLIS — A 17-year-old has been charged with five felonies and two misdemeanors in Marion County adult court.
According to court records, Michael Taylor faces the following charges:
- One count of robbery resulting in serious bodily injury — a Level 2 Felony
- One count of aggravated battery posing a substantial risk of death — a Level 3 Felony
- One count of armed robbery — a Level 3 Felony
- Two counts of pointing a firearm — a Level 6 Felony
- Dangerous possession of a firearm by a child — a Class A Misdemeanor
- Unlawful carrying of a handgun — a Class A Misdemeanor
The charges Taylor faces stem from a shooting that occurred on the west side of Indianapolis Sunday night. An affidavit for probable cause filed Tuesday indicates an adult male was wounded in the shooting.
