CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Indiana State Police were working a major accident on Interstate 70 near the Brazil exit shortly after 8 a.m. Friday.
Sgt. Matt Ames said on Facebook that traffic was down to one lane and there was an extended cleanup involving hazardous materials. He added that one semi-tractor trailer ran into the rear of another one.
“So we ask for you to find an alternate route, or if you do come to this area, you use extreme caution. So therefore, emergency workers can get this cleaned up as quickly and as safely as possible,” he added…
