Indiana And Kentucky Fugitive Arrested In Florida While Hiding Under Shed With Hidden Handcuff Key

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – A wanted felon on the run from Kentucky and Indiana was taken into custody Thursday evening after deputies spotted him hiding under a shed overhang in Dover, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies and the agency’s aviation unit tracked down 42-year-old Jonathan Terry around 6:37 p.m. on Oct. 1 in the 15000 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Terry had active warrants in both states. Authorities reported Kentucky sought him for a probation violation connected to a controlled substance charge. Indiana officials had been looking for him for four years on a fugitive warrant after he failed to appear in court on a methamphetamine possession charge…
