Residents filled Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park on Tuesday for the Brownsburg Police Department’s annual National Night Out, an event organizers said is increasingly about building relationships between law enforcement and the community.
The event, held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. with Brownsburg Fire Territory, moved to IRP this year to make room for more vendors, parking and activities. It was previously held in front of the police department.
