Rain moved in overnight but with pavement temperatures a few degrees above freezing thanks to Monday’s sunshine, ice was unable to form. And talk about good news! There’s still a small chance to see ice developing in our very northern locations and out in southeast Indiana, but as of 6:45 a.m., there was nothing of concern.
