MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Wisconsin man wanted in multiple counties was arrested Wednesday in Indiana, the U.S. Marshals Service- Madison announced. USMS explained Anthony Fulton was released from federal custody on July 13, 2023, in Arizona, and did not report to his supervised release officer in Madison. Authorities tried to arrest him in September in Indiana after receiving a tip about his location, but Fulton allegedly escaped.
