STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – The Indiana State Police is investigating a crash that left a man seriously injured along the I-80/90 toll road. Around 6:40 Friday night, police were dispatched to the eastbound I-80/90 near mile marker 147.8 on a call of a pedestrian struck by a semi-tanker. Once on scene, police say they found an adult male lying in the grass median near a semi tanker and a car with a flat tire.
