INDIANAPOLIS – There’s a tenants’ rights rally scheduled for noon at the Indiana Statehouse on Monday to call for more rights for Hoosiers who live in rentals. A recent tragedy in South Bend where six children died in a rental home fire last week has highlighted the problem of substandard rental housing.
