WABASH VALLEY, Ind. (WTHI) – The Indiana Department of Transportation is continuing work to improve rail crossing safety across the state. INDOT commissioner Mike Smith spoke in front of the rail road house sub-committee in Washington DC. He highlighted the need for additional safety measures and education in the state.
