HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging six people for their alleged roles in a conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine in southern Indiana and western Kentucky.
The six people and their charges are as follows:

- Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine
- Possession with the Intent to Distribute Fentanyl
- Possession with the Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
- Christopher Flax, 47
- Conspiracy to Distributed Methamphetamine
- Amiee Raines, 43
- Conspiracy to Distributed Methamphetamine
- Trent Marion, 38
- Conspiracy to Distributed Methamphetamine
- Unique Carter, 26
- Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine
- Possession with the Intent to Distribute Fentanyl
- Possession with the Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
- Camri Outlaw, 28
- Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine
EPD: Investigation into child solicitation leads to arrest
Authorities state according to the indictment, on numerous occasions between June 1, 2023, through December 5, 2023, the alleged traffickers were responsible for possessing and distributing more than 50 pounds of methamphetamine, 14,000 fentanyl pills, and one kilogram of cocaine.
