Closure Announcements from Three Indiana Businesses Will Lead to the Loss of 233 Jobs

The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification letters recently published by the state Department of Workforce Development reveal that three Indiana businesses are closing, resulting in a collective loss of 233 jobs.

Gannett Publishing Services, responsible for publications like The Indianapolis Star, is set to terminate 90 employees at its Indianapolis printing facility by April 15. Gannett Corporate Community emphasizes its unwavering commitment to central Indiana, assuring that The Indianapolis Star will continue providing news and advertising services.

Forest River, an Elkhart-based company, will cut 83 jobs at No Boundaries Plant No. 77 in Goshen by April 19, according to the state’s WARN notice. Categorized as “Automobile and Light Duty Motor Vehicle Manufacturing,” Forest River is a major North American recreational vehicle manufacturer.

Additionally, Integra LifeSciences in Lafayette will close by May 31, resulting in the elimination of 60 jobs. The company, specializing in biotechnology research and development, operates from a facility off Sagamore Parkway near North Ninth Street Road.
