INDIANAPOLIS — A Franklin man is under arrest once again on accusations of peeping under dressing room doors with his cell phone.
Tanner V. Vandeman, 24, was arrested by Indianapolis police for voyeurism on Thursday afternoon.
Court documents reveal that Vandeman was reportedly caught using his cell phone to take photos of a woman who was changing inside a Kohl’s dressing room. The victim told police she had been changing when she saw a cell phone come under the door and take multiple photographs. The woman confronted Vandeman and prevented him from exiting the dressing room until police arrived.
Police spoke to Vandeman who reportedly admitted to using his camera to look under the door to see if someone was inside, but claimed he didn’t take any photos. According to court documents, an officer claimed that Vandeman “appeared to be deleting a lot of things off (his) phone.”
