WHITE/TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – Three New Yorkers were arrested Saturday afternoon after leading Indiana State Police on a pursuit through two Indiana counties. According to a release from Indiana State Police, officers were patrolling the area of County Road 300 East north of State Road 18 in White County around 2 p.m. Saturday. Troopers noticed a 2023 Kia Sorento who was believed to be a part of a theft at a Walmart in Monticello. Troopers attempted to stop the car, but it fled southbound on County Road 300 East.
