INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one person dead on Indy’s northeast side Sunday morning. Around 8 a.m., IMPD officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 3600 block of East 39th Street, near North Sherman Drive and 38th Street.
